Klav Kalash

Receta en español del Klav Kalash:

Duración: 30 min
Para 4 personas (seguro que nadie lo prueba)

600 gr de carne de carnero
600 gr de carne de cordero
4 tomates
3 pimientos
media cebolla grande (o 1 pequeña pero seguiremos la transcripción literal)
otros condimentos al gusto de cada uno
palo (no bol, palo, palo)
salsa de cangrejo de mar (para beber le va bien el jugo de cangrejo, no de montaña)

Cortar la carne en pequeños tacos, los pimientos y la cebolla en pequeñas tiras y machacar los tomates.
Poner (o hacer, es que ese verbo tiene dos significados) todos esos ingredientes en una olla, sazonarlo con especies fuertes y añadir algo de agua. Entonces mezclar y presionar la masa hasta formar una gran bola (de beisbol, de tenis o de lo que te de la gana).
Esta bola se cubrirá de aceite y se asará en una parrilla o en una sartén (hay quien puede construirse su propio horno de piedra si lo prefiere)
Cuando la bola esté en su punto (al dente), fijarla sobre un palo. Pringar (así sale en el diccionario) con la salsa de cangrejo. Au, bon profit.
